    • What is the customer referral program:

      The Authenticom Customer Referral Program rewards current customers who introduce qualified OEM and Vendor businesses.

      Approved referrals receive a $1,000 flat-rate reward when a referred company becomes a qualified Authenticom customer and completes initial payment.

    • Who is eligible to participate:

      • Must be a current Authenticom customer in good standing
      • Referral must be submitted through the official website form
      • Referral must be submitted prior to sales engagement
    • Eligible referrals must:

      • Be net-new business
      • Not currently engaged with our sales team
      • Result in a signed agreement
      • Complete initial payment
      • Referred business must qualify as an OEM or Vendor

    • How do I know if a referral qualifies?

      A referral qualifies if:

      • It is submitted through the official referral form
      • The business is net-new to Authenticom
      • The business is not currently engaged with our sales team
      • The referral results in a signed agreement and completed initial payment
      • The referred business qualifies as an OEM or Vendor
    • What if the company is already in discussions with your sales team?

      If the referred company is already being actively engaged by our sales team or exists in our current pipeline, the referral will not be eligible for incentive. To ensure eligibility, referrals must be submitted before sales engagement begins.

    • What if the company I refer is already a current customer?

      Referrals must represent net-new business opportunities. If the referred company has an active contract with Authenticom, the referral will not be eligible for incentive.

    • What if the company was previously a customer?

      Former customers may qualify if they do not have an active contract, have no open sales opportunity, and have been inactive for at least 12 months. Final eligibility is determined by Authenticom.

    • What determines “actively engaged”?

      A company is considered actively engaged if:

      • A lead or opportunity already exists in Salesforce
      • A sales meeting has been scheduled
      • A proposal has been shared
      • Outreach has already been initiated by our team
    • When are incentives paid?

      Referral incentives are issued after*:

      • The agreement is fully executed
      • The opportunity is marked Closed-Won
      • Initial payment has been received

      *No payment before revenue collection.

    • Can I submit multiple referrals?

      There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals that may be submitted.

    • Do all referred businesses qualify for incentive?

      Incentives apply only to qualified OEM and Vendor businesses that meet all program criteria.

    • How will I know if my referral is approved?

      You will receive confirmation email once the referral is reviewed and validated by our team.

    • Will I receive status updates on my referrals?

      Yes, you will receive email updates regarding referral status, program activity, and important program-related information. Communications may be sent on an ongoing basis, including periodic updates throughout the year.

    • Can referral credit be transferred or reassigned?

      No. Referral incentives are issued to the referring party as submitted and are non-transferable.

    • What if two parties submit the same referral?

      ln the event of duplicate submissions, eligibility will be determined based on the timestamp of submission documented by the form submission on our website.

    • Is there a deadline to submit a referral after introducing a company?

      Referrals must be submitted through the official website form prior to active sales engagement to qualify.
